Warranty & Replacement Policies
**7 Days Replacement Policy from the time it was received applicable for faulty Items only**
Items that are received more than the 7 days time frame is not covered of the warranty/replacement.
You will not be able to proceed with your order unless you accept all terms & conditions of this website including Warranty & Replacement Policies.
Change of mind not covered
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us within the first 7 days from the time it was received and we will arrange a hassle free replacement for you.
**We do not accept refunds, if you need assistance for replacement, contact us so we may verify if you're eligible for a replacement**
Send us a video/photo description of your concern at [email protected] Management will decide within 24 hours from the time you've submitted complete requirements if you qualify for a replacement.
*NO PHOTO/VIDEO NO PROCESSING OF EVALUATION FOR REPLACEMENT* Kindly follow the process.
-Send back the item thru LBC and tag as Branch Pickup
-Send us the tracking ID
-Once tracking ID is received, we will send a replacement, allow 2-3 days for us to SHIP the item and provide tracking ID to you if applicable.
-We will cover the shipping fee, if you we charged for the shipping fee upon returning the item on LBC, we will send the cost together with the replacement item.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- Parcels that is lost in transit. (PAID ORDERS- COD NOT COVERED)
We do not accept returns if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: THEITTSHOP will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted parcels for COD transactions.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. international customer must provide phone number.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES: THEITTSHOP (In the trend) will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender.
Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture/video of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 7 days upon receipt of the order get a replacement.
Note: Management will inspect / verify the photo(s) and/or Video(s) before we issue out a replacement.
THEITTSHOP reserves the right to refuse any replacement if it does not meet the above criteria.
